PTSA Meetings & Events

General Membership Meetings

PTSA General Meetings for Chief Sealth IHS community are usually on Wednesdays and begin at 6:30 pm. Please note, you must be a paid member to vote at a General Membership meeting. However, all voices are welcome!

To request to be added to a meeting agenda, email chiefsealthptsa@gmail.com at least three business days before the meeting date.

To request meeting minutes, email chiefsealthptsa@gmail.com with the date of the meeting you are seeking. The meeting minutes will be made available within 7-10 business days.

All PTSA meetings are held in the CSIHS Library unless otherwise noted. A hybrid option will also be available.

General Meetings are typically held at the Sealth Library (with an online option) on the third Wednesday of the quarter, 6:30pm. General meetings are informational in nature, and tend to include upcoming programs, events, advocacy opportunities, PTSA financial reports, updates from school staff, and opportunity to engage in conversation with students, staff & families.

Board Meetings are typically on the second Wednesday of every month, 6 p.m. Board meetings focus on the business of PTSA. Here is where budget requests, community events, and other programmatic decisions are made.
