Hello Chief Sealth staff! Here is where you’ll find the form to request funds for your project. The PTSA will use our goals as the criteria for our decision-making, so please be note how your proposal will support one or more of the following:

PTSA Priority Goals: 

• Increase family involvement and participation in PTSA and school events

• Financially support programs and activities that impact as many students as possible

• Create strong relationships with, and support of, CSIHS staff, teachers, and other school programs and organizations

• Contribute to the positive image of CSIHS within the West Seattle community
